Leonberger Association of NSW

Orange Leonberger Gathering

  3rd of June 2007

Bloomfield Park - Leash Free dog Park in Orange

No this was not a meeting of Orange Leos,   rather a gathering in the Town of Orange which is about 4 hours drive west of Sydney, heading inland.

We decided to have a gathering of the Leos out this way as there are several Leos Living out in Orange and Bathurst now who's owners where keen to join in the fun.    It started out just a small group but soon almost everyone joined in not wanting to miss out on the adventure.

It was a wonderful day with a dam for the dogs to play in.. it was little low due to the drought but plenty to have fun in.

June is in the Middle of Winter so the dogs didn't really need to worry about getting hot.. but they didn't mind getting wet either.

I had arranged to stay Saturday night with Lucy and her two Beautiful Leo Boys Sherman and Griffin. they live in Bathurst which is about 1 hour before the town of Orange

Here Sherman is carefully saying Hi to Chardy who has just warned him about behaving around ladys

Griffin Checking out the Girls

I got up early on Sunday morning and took the dogs out for a wonder and a play...  they liked this chilly morning..     Elsa and griffin charging around the yard

Elsa and Griffin playing Chasing around the cars

We wandered down to the front gate where there is a small Gap between the two fences like a little pen..  well all 4 Leos decided to squeeze in there

Yep well we all fit but how about backing up now.

Keep backing up - its getting hard to breath in here.
